We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely communication with customers to ensure their orders are received, allocated, routed, and shipped in compliance with their requirements.
  • Monitor daily system activity related to customer orders, value-added services, and shipments.
  • Assist in coordinating with the leadership team to meet customer-specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, needs, and concerns.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Prepare and distribute customer reports on open orders and short orders.
  • Update customer profile information, guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a 3PL industry, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of retailers' requirements and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites and other computer applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work with high attention to detail and accuracy.
