REAL ESTATE - SALES RECEPTIONIST

Job Overview:

The Real Estate Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services by offering administrative support to the real estate team in a professional and efficient manner, reflecting our commitment to superior customer service.

As a key member of our real estate team, the individual will be expected to show initiative and work collaboratively, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism in alignment with office policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the internal team.
  • Welcome clients and property owners with a friendly and warm demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them efficiently.
  • Enter client information into the customer database accurately.
  • Supply the sales team with timely customer information.
  • Handle email, fax, web inquiries, and package deliveries.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in managing real estate sales documentation.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Support the real estate sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Utilize company software to manage the customer database.
  • Perform additional desk duties as assigned by the office manager.
  • Maintain the real estate collateral room, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized supply area.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, homeowners, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, and familiarity with Outlook.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales office environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced real estate office is preferred.
