HR Student Position at Washington Health System

Role Overview: This position is designed for college students eager to gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with a variety of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and attendance management.
  • Manage front desk duties such as welcoming visitors, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Provide support to HR personnel on special initiatives and investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources.
  • Department: Human Resources
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Weekly Commitment: 40 hours
