Security Supervisor

Allied Universal is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at a pharmaceutical company in Cambridge, MA. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the facility, property, and surrounding campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective security coverage
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 2+ years of security experience with at least 1+ year as a security supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
