Valet Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Valet Dispatcher to join our team at SP+. As a Valet Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking services, coordinating the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Coordinate the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Monitor guest wait times and adjust operations to meet service standards
• Secure and track guest vehicle keys, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Process valet fees and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide directions and information to guests, utilizing knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including assisting with ramp maintenance and ensuring a clear ramp area

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior valet driving experience preferred
• Valid state driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
