We are seeking a skilled Intelligence Operator to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our Security Operations Center, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control, gathering information, analyzing data, and providing input on observations. You will work closely with our team to coordinate security monitoring measures and response teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control to identify potential security threats.
  • Analyze data and provide input on observations to inform security decisions.
  • Coordinate security monitoring measures and response teams to address security incidents.
  • Maintain daily logs of activities and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Produce suspicious/criminal activity and incident reporting products for delivery to higher-level supervisors and client leadership.
Requirements:
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Experience with CCTV and alarm monitoring/access control software.
  • Previous military, law enforcement, government, or private security experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
