Job Title: Administrative Manager

The Administrative Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales administrative processes, ensuring seamless contract processing, quality assurance, and closing procedures. This position is responsible for managing and developing a sales administrative team to provide exceptional support to sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen, and collaborate with the Director to finalize the hiring process for Quality Assurance Specialists (Loan Processors).
  • Train, coach, and provide input to the Director on progressive discipline and termination processes.
  • Ensure escrow and Sampler accounts are handled according to standard procedures, including deposits and refunds.
  • Enforce policies and procedures, utilizing a policy waiver as an exception.
  • Monitor and adhere to customer information security policies.
