Job Title: Training Host

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Host to join our team at Academy for Professional Excellence. As a Training Host, you will provide general administrative support for classroom operations, both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for training events, including setup, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure the training environment is well-maintained and organized.
  • Manage technology and equipment, including laptops, projectors, and speakers.
  • Administer evaluations and pre- and post-tests, and maintain the integrity and security of evaluation data.
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in a support role, preferably in an educational or training setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
