Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Host to join our team at Academy for Professional Excellence. As a Training Host, you will provide general administrative support for classroom operations, both in-person and virtually.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for classroom operations, including setting up technology and ensuring a smooth training experience.
- Manage the training room environment, including maintaining a clean and organized space.
- Run training sessions in the Zoom platform, prepare polls and breakout rooms, and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Administer evaluations, pre- and post-tests, and maintain the integrity and security of evaluation and pre- and post-test data.
- Communicate effectively with Training Coordinators, Training Operations Assistants, and County Partners.
- One year of experience performing support services for an instructional program.
- Ability to work in a team setting and relate well to others.
- Ability to effectively handle interpersonal interactions at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
- Ability to display motivation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to display organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and consistently meet deadlines.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.00.
- A hybrid work environment with some telework and in-person work.

Please note that this is a part-time and on-call position, with hours varying between 0-20 per week. The candidate must reside in California and live in a commutable distance from employment at time of hire.
