Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and financial tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. You will also assist in the preparation of monthly commissions, perform general ledger account reconciliations, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly commissions and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Perform other accounting and financial tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Dealership experience required.
- Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
- Pursuit of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
- Experience in audit accounting, a plus.
- Knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles in the U.S.) a plus.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Teams.
- Ability and willingness to keep and maintain confidentiality.
- Desire to continue to grow through continued training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and open-minded attitude with ability to resolve problems and deliver results.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Positive and Can-Do attitude.
