Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager is a key member of our hotel management team, responsible for overseeing the Front Desk department and ensuring exceptional guest service. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and train Front Desk staff to provide excellent guest service
* Maintain accurate records, including cash flow sheets and direct bill accounts
* Monitor Revenue Management systems to optimize hotel revenue
* Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed
* Participate in the preparation of the hotel's annual budget

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a Front Desk role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Revenue Management systems
