About Sodexo Live:
Sodexo Live is on the lookout for a visionary leader to spearhead our Airport Lounge Business Segment. This position is pivotal in driving operational excellence and fostering strong client relationships. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations, you will manage a team of 6 to 7 direct reports.

Your leadership will guide a portfolio exceeding $60 million, responsible for a network of lounges throughout the United States. You will play a crucial role in business planning, operational execution, and maintaining client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to high standards in food and hospitality, translating these values into actionable strategies that inspire and hold the team accountable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with all client contacts within your jurisdiction.
  • Monitoring Sodexo Live's performance and taking necessary actions to ensure client satisfaction through regular service visits and communication with unit teams.
  • Coordinating insights from Operations, Sales, and Retention to identify potential retention risks or growth opportunities, acting promptly as needed.
  • Overseeing financial performance and ensuring local leadership provides adequate resources and oversight for all services.
  • Utilizing your leadership skills to ensure that appropriate actions are taken and resources are allocated effectively to retain and expand the client portfolio.
  • Facilitating ongoing communication with the Sodexo Live team assigned to your portfolio, providing direction and strategy for client interactions.
  • Collaborating with local service leadership to drive business growth and client retention.
  • Directing the efforts of District Managers with a focus on growth and guest/client engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
