The Gary Ashton Team is part of a select group of brokerages chosen by Zillow to receive the highest-converting leads in the market. Our approach is straightforward - we don’t merely provide leads; we equip our consultants with the skills to convert them effectively.

Whether you are an experienced consultant or new to the field, our established training program can empower anyone to create their own lead generation strategies. Additionally, we guide you in utilizing live tour requests from our partners to enhance your business growth. Our consultants frequently reach the remarkable achievement of closing 2-3 transactions monthly within their initial 90 days with us, thanks to our leads and training.

Our onboarding and training processes are second to none. During your first five days with us, you will undergo an intensive onboarding experience. You will acquire a focused skill set, from converting leads to conducting outstanding buyer/seller consultations and mastering contracts - all designed to get you showing properties promptly.

Expectations from You:

  • Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
  • Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for clients.
  • Conduct property evaluations to establish property values for sellers.
  • Be readily accessible to clients when needed.
  • Maintain all systems and CRM tools updated with information from our channel partners.

Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule, Professional development assistance
