Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate agent to join our dynamic team in Central Ohio. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential customers, building your database, and providing exceptional service to clients. Your goal will be to help them find their perfect property, while also being accountable and coachable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential homebuyers, providing them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Host open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to the local real estate market
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers to facilitate a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by the team
  • Attend training sessions to become qualified to teach each topic
  • Devote a significant portion of your day to prospecting for new business
  • Hold yourself accountable for daily prospecting efforts to ensure success
  • Meet with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their goals, which may include evenings and weekends
  • Share knowledge in a team environment to enhance the team's overall performance
  • Hold other team members accountable for the success of the entire team
  • Embody a team-oriented mindset, prioritizing culture while striving to achieve goals
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Hold a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
  • 1+ years of experience as a buyer's agent or in a related real estate role
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Real estate experience is a plus
  • Hold a valid real estate license
  • Be proficient in technology, Excel, Word, and other relevant software
  • Display strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be willing to learn and be coachable, with a positive and growth-oriented mindset
  • Provide your own vehicle (with insurance), computer, cell phone, and other necessary equipment

Maze & Co ~ Cutler Real Estate is a high-producing, growth-minded real estate team in Central Ohio. We're seeking 4 new agents to join our team in 2024. Our focus is on residential homes and condos, relocation, new construction, first-time buyers, golf course communities, rural properties, land, and investment properties. We're a multi-million dollar producing team, helping hundreds of clients. Our service area encompasses a large majority of the Central Ohio/Columbus market, as well as surrounding counties. We're actively involved in the community and give back in various ways, including fundraising. Our team culture is strong and positive, with a focus on supporting each other.
