Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced real estate agent to join our high-producing team in Central Ohio. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential customers and sphere, building your database, and assessing the wants and needs of clients to help them find their perfect property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Host open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Act as the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by the team
  • Attend training until you are qualified to teach each topic
  • Devote part of your day on the phone prospecting for new business
  • Hold yourself accountable to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success
  • Meet buyers and sellers to help them reach their goals, which can include evenings and weekends
  • Share knowledge in a team environment to better the team as a whole
  • Hold other team members accountable for the success of the entire team
Requirements:
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
  • 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Real estate experience is preferred
  • Hold a real estate license
  • Proficient skills in technology, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn and be coachable with a positive, growth mindset
  • Supply your own car (with insurance), computer, cell phone, etc.
