Great Floors is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will manage clerical, administrative, and organizational tasks to facilitate efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
- Support various projects as required
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and assist with administrative functions
- Address inquiries from staff and clients, providing necessary support
- Utilize office machinery including computers, telephones, and fax machines
- Organize and distribute mail and other materials
- Draft and revise documents and correspondence
- Oversee inventory of office supplies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Preferred experience of two years in a similar role
- Competence in computer applications and effective communication
- Exemplary ethical standards and professionalism
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds
