Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling Home Health clinical staff visits for a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. This position is the main hub of support and communication for clinicians, ensuring efficient and coordinated service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Home Health clinical team and Core Leaders to create smooth and accurate transfer of information.
- Ensure efficient scheduling of clinical staff visits, taking into account patient needs and clinician availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in an office environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- 1 year case assignment experience preferred.
- 1 year experience in coordination or scheduling out-of-office staff preferred.
