About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Home Health team in Spokane Valley. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling Home Health clinical staff visits for a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Home Health clinical staff visits for a multi-disciplinary team of RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, MSWs, LPNs, PTAs, COTAs, and HHAs.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Home Health clinical team and Core Leaders to ensure smooth and accurate transfer of information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with the Home Health team to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • 1 year of case assignment experience preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in coordination or scheduling out-of-office staff preferred.
