Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join the team at Inland Allergy and Asthma. As a front desk Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms, in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment, adhering to high standards of professionalism
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of patients with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- One or more years of experience as a receptionist in a medical clinic is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with computers and scheduling software, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
