Senior Business Development Manager

Strativ Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement prospecting strategies to identify new business opportunities, research and target key accounts to generate high-quality leads, and manage intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. You will also be responsible for handling and closing inbound leads with confidence, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to clients, and meeting and exceeding sales quotas. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience selling software to midmarket clients, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience with marketing or revenue technology is a plus, as is previous success in a growing start-up. The compensation package includes a competitive OTE of $180K-$220K (50/50 split), comprehensive benefits, and stock options. The role is based in Denver, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for flexible office presence.
