Lead Inspector Job Description

CareerPaths NW is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Inspector. As a key member of our fire protection systems team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of fire alarm and related systems in multifamily, commercial, assisted living, and high-rise structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of fire alarm and related systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage multiple inspections daily for smaller accounts, or oversee large, multi-day inspections.
  • Collaborate with other trades on projects involving related systems.
  • Adhere to and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure thorough and accurate inspections.
  • Mentor an apprentice and play a key role in developing the next generation of experts in this field.
Requirements:
  • NICET II certification and O6 Electrical license required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in fire protection system inspections.
