Job Title: Fire Protection Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Engineer to join our team in the Middle East. As a Fire Protection Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a potential project in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop inspection criteria and fire protection designs
  • Perform technical reviews of fire protection designs developed by architectural-engineering firms or government organizations
  • Resolve electrical design-related problems arising during construction and inspection
  • Provide expertise on fire protection engineering aspects of installation, modification, operation, and maintenance of facilities, mission systems, support systems, and power generation/distribution/grounding systems
  • Review and inspect installations to ensure code compliance for new construction
  • Prepare and/or review design calculations
Requirements:
  • Meet the minimum requirements for a Qualified Fire Protection Engineer (QFPE) in accordance with UFC with Change 6, dated 6 May 2021
  • At least two years of experience demonstrating the ability to apply the standards of UFC, UFC, and UFC Series 3-500
  • Active Security Clearance from the US Federal Government
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in written and spoken Arabic
