Ideal Candidate:

We seek a creatively motivated Integrated Strategy Lead to collaborate with a portfolio of renowned CPG brands, inspiring creative teams to produce transformative work. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to partner with clients committed to embracing innovative, purpose-driven, and inclusive initiatives. The Integrated Strategy Lead will advocate for collaboration with cross-functional teams to steer strategy across US operations. This position requires leveraging intelligence insights to craft compelling narratives from initial research through creative development, communication planning, and campaign assessment. Central to this role is the ability to extract and disseminate human insights, a relentless curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and the capacity to inspire impactful communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with account leadership to oversee the management of client business relationships, including strategy formulation, brief creation, team briefings, campaign performance monitoring, and ongoing client communications.
  • Lead an integrated agency team in the daily creation and management of campaigns, fostering a high-performing, cross-functional team to deliver work that enhances content efficiency across touchpoints and surpasses client objectives.
  • Exhibit a natural interest in consumer behavior and analyze brand communication to discover the intersection of brands, culture, and creativity.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources: market insights, quantitative research, cultural and social trend analysis, qualitative interviews, and observational research.
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure flawless execution of all client deliverables aligned with strategy.
  • Promote proactivity, creativity, and collaboration between strategy and creative teams to facilitate the exchange of ideas and innovative thinking.
  • Utilize your experience and knowledge to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Coordinate brand planning, strategic planning, and analytical activities alongside creative and account management teams to establish disruptive concepts.
  • Engage collaboratively with clients, account managers, and creatives in developing inspiring creative briefs that translate insights into innovative and strategic campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7+ years in brand strategy/planning, marketing consulting, or advertising.
  • The ability to think critically and a willingness to explore all available resources to innovate.
  • A strong passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to fruition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with various departments and client teams during peak periods.
  • Must possess a keen awareness of cultural and social trends, with the ability to translate these into insights and creative opportunities.
  • Expertise in data sources, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and a discerning eye for when and how to apply them to client challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and diverse team environment, leading and working within an integrated team framework while collaborating with teams from different regions and agencies.
  • A self-starter mentality and a genuine sense of ownership regarding work at every stage of delivery.
  • Proficiency in leading and owning the development of client presentations and facilitating client meetings.
