Job Title: Direct Support Professional Lead

Pinnacle Services is seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional Lead for our evening shifts of 2pm-10pm at our residential sites in Chaska.

Job Summary:

The Direct Support Professional Lead will assist persons served with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting, providing support and encouragement to work towards outcomes/goals to gain life skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Facilitation of community activities using company vehicles
  • Assisting with personal and medical cares, including dressing, bathing, etc.
  • Behavior management
  • Medication administration
  • Providing administrative support to the Program Manager or Program Director
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or behavior health support needs, preferably in a 245D setting
  • Current driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record determined by Pinnacle Services policy
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must successfully pass a background check
