Director of Business Expansion

Mistras Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Business Expansion to develop and execute the company's business expansion strategy for the North American Aerospace Market (NAAM).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Create and implement comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in NAAM.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and stakeholders in the aerospace industry.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in NAAM.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of combined business/market development and operations experience in sales, customer relations, marketing, and business development serving the aerospace and defense metals markets.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Estimated Salary: $200-250K per year
