Job Description:

This is a remote position with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team at WebFirst, Inc. As a Federal Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the federal sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of government sales, particularly in selling technology solutions to federal agencies. You will have knowledge of government contracts, procurement procedures, and avenues of penetration for IT systems and custom software acquisition.

You will work closely with our proposal team to identify and contribute to content leading to submissions of RFIs and RFPs at the federal level. Your ability to deliver a compelling value proposition to mid and high-level government personnel is crucial to your success in this role.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for developing strategies to shorten the sales cycle and working independently to self-generate leads or close leads provided.
