About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and supporting our dealer network in the Nebraska territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Precision Planting sales in the specified region
  • Find and enlist new dealers to ensure market coverage, and train, develop, and support existing dealers to grow sales and service capability
  • Consult with dealers to grow Precision Planting's sales and provide technical support
  • Plan, manage, and attend farm shows and other marketing functions to build product and brand awareness
  • Utilize data analysis tools to develop effective sales strategies and manage dealer relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business studies or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/account management or 1+ years working in the agriculture industry
  • Ability to communicate technical information to customers
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
