Job Overview

At Paul Davis Restoration of Southern New Hampshire & Maine, we are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for responding to disaster situations, performing mitigation and restoration work, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.
  • Perform mitigation and restoration work, including demolition, drying, and cleaning.
  • Set up and operate equipment, such as dehumidifiers and fans, to ensure proper drying and ventilation.
  • Conduct moisture mapping and loss documentation using proprietary software.
  • Remove and dispose of damaged materials, including drywall, carpets, and insulation.
  • Pack out and pack in customer contents, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in our 24-hour call rotation, responding to emergency situations after hours and on weekends.
  • Operate company vehicles, including water trucks and trailers.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds.
