Restoration Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Southern New Hampshire & Maine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by completing pack-out and pack-in of customer's contents, assisting with the pick-up, transportation, and delivery of household goods, and performing disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.

• Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer's contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
• Assist with the pick-up, transportation, and delivery of household goods, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
• Set up and remove equipment, such as dehumidifiers, fans, and air purifiers, at the work site.
• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
• Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, and other materials, and perform general demolition after a loss.
• Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
• Participate in our 24-hour call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.
• Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.

• 1+ years of experience with pack outs/in's in the moving industry.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
