Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, welcoming them to our office, and directing them to the appropriate business line representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior level of service to customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our company's products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Handle routine customer service transactions and perform various clerical and administrative duties to support the office.
  • Display a positive image, friendly, outgoing, professional, courteous, and respectful attitude towards customers.
  • Skilled in the use of systems used to assist customers, such as Navigator, BPM, TRISM, etc.
Requirements
  • High school or General Education Diploma.
  • Experience in a professional, service-focused, and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and willingness to take on additional tasks and duties.
  • Displays high level of regard for trust and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Working Conditions

The physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment is required. Lifting and moving of moderately heavy objects on occasion may be necessary.
