Agile Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

Endeavor Consulting Group is in search of a skilled Agile Project Manager to oversee various projects within our organization. This role entails managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects utilizing Agile methodologies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish project goals, develop project plans, facilitate sprint sessions, monitor progress, and ensure effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and sustain project plans, including sprint backlogs and iterations.
  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor project progress through Agile tools and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Effectively manage project budgets and resources.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support and mentor Agile team members in adopting Agile best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience leading Agile projects with diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools, such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, such as CSM or PMI-ACP, is advantageous.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector or a related field is a plus.
