Job Overview

TWC Construction is in search of a dedicated individual to fill the role of Construction Project Administrator. This position is essential for managing project documentation, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring smooth communication across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors on assigned projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract packages and submittals, as well as procure necessary project items.
  • Organize and distribute all relevant documents pertaining to construction projects.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of project information to subcontractors.
  • Compile and finalize all required documentation for project closeout.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications related to the project.
  • Input and prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders within the accounting and project management software.
  • Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, meeting notes, and drawing logs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to interact professionally and positively with subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Strong follow-up skills with subcontractors in a timely manner.
  • Ability to independently seek solutions through effective communication.
  • Experience with Procore and Sage is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
