**Administrative Role**

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Highland Hospital. In this key position, you will provide critical support to our Nursing Professional Development department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Salary: $23 - 29/hour

Your exceptional secretarial skills and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries
  2. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
  3. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, patients, and families
  4. Analyze and resolve problems efficiently, recommending process improvements when necessary
  5. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Essential Qualifications:

  • A.A.S. degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
