About the Role

As a Global Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in helping North American companies expand their business globally through our international trade shows. Your primary objective is to establish and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and exceed their expectations.

You will be responsible for creating a strong pipeline of clients via cold calls, networking events, and travel locally and globally to develop relationships and sales opportunities. Your goal is to drive new business opportunities through prospecting and build relationships with industry associations and relevant government agencies.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit with a proven consultative sales track record, ability to connect and partner with C-level decision makers, and a solution-based thinker who can execute details effectively. You should also possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales or digital sales background, cultural awareness, proactivity, follow-through, accountability, flexibility, leadership qualities, and organization. Fluency in other languages is helpful but not required. Travel both domestic and international is required (30% approx.).

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
