Key Responsibilities
  1. Become an expert in the competitive landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with cross-functional teams.
  2. Develop and execute strategic retail media plans, advising clients and leveraging your experience building relationships.
  3. Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team's success.
  4. Help define best practices, processes, and navigate ambiguity to drive business forward.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues onsite in one of our Walmart Connect office locations and travel to client meetings as needed.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong passion for digital advertising, building fruitful partnerships, and becoming an expert in Walmart Merchandising.
  • Hold 3+ years of experience in digital sales, Search/Sponsored Products, Display, DR, Performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of marketplace dynamics, small businesses, automated hands-on-keys platforms (self-serve, DSPs, API partners).
  • Show understanding of measurement and analytics used to evaluate performance.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $72,000-$132,000 per year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and certain positions may also include stock options.
