Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Interstate Advanced Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
About the Role:- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Prospect and target development versus maintenance, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Sell machined parts, sheet, tube, and rod, as well as industrial plastics machining solutions and services.
- Possess technical aptitude and experience in industrial sales or plastics sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
- An uncapped commission program, providing opportunities for significant earnings potential.
