Key Responsibilities- Coaching: Provide high-quality coaching services to clients, including personalized training programs, assessments, and ongoing support.
- Client Management: Manage client relationships, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in internal marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new clients, while also meeting sales targets and converting prospects into clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, client management software maintenance, and other tasks as assigned.
- Qualifications: Personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, CSCS, ACSM), and/or relevant degree.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to coach in a team atmosphere and motivate clients.
- Non-Compete Agreement: Must sign a non-compete/confidentiality agreement.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($10-14) based on training hours per week.
- Bonus: Up to $250 bonus based on conversion and retention rates.
- Continuing Education Stipend: 1 new certification paid for per year, up to $1000.
