Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Coach to join our team at Everyday Athletes. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training experiences to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching: Provide high-quality coaching services to clients, including personalized training programs, assessments, and ongoing support.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in internal marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new clients, while also meeting sales targets and converting prospects into clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, client management software maintenance, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, CSCS, ACSM), and/or relevant degree.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to coach in a team atmosphere and motivate clients.
  • Non-Compete Agreement: Must sign a non-compete/confidentiality agreement.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($10-14) based on training hours per week.
  • Bonus: Up to $250 bonus based on conversion and retention rates.
  • Continuing Education Stipend: 1 new certification paid for per year, up to $1000.
