Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Performance Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Field Operations Team by partnering with our craft leaders and assisting with employee onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hiring, rehiring, and terminations in Paycom
  • Track new hire paperwork and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate our Mentorship Program to foster growth and development
  • Create pathways for developing our field team members and promoting career advancement
  • Track field evaluations at the closeout of each job and provide feedback
  • Coordinate yearly evaluations for all field team members and provide coaching
  • Assist in maintaining the Field Assignments Sheet and ensuring accuracy
  • Support with coordinating field training logistics and certificates
  • Help maintain Talent LMS, including documentation and content creation
  • Assist with concrete pour meetings and planning
  • Administratively run our Corrective Action meetings and ensure fairness
  • Update field resumes and ensure they are up-to-date
  • Update the Field Crew Handbook and ensure it is accurate

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software products
  • Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is a plus, but not required
