Account Executive - SaaS Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our esteemed client's team at Tier 1 Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through outbound prospecting and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Capitalize on Upsell, Cross-Sell, and Renewal Opportunities:
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Manage a Portfolio of Clients:
    • Ensure the success and satisfaction of a portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain Accurate Forecasting and Deal Progression Updates:
    • Provide accurate forecasting and deal progression updates to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop a Deep Understanding of Our Products and Services:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 Years of B2B SaaS Sales Experience:
    • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the Construction market, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Bachelor's Degree:
    • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and evidence of high achievement in extracurricular activities.
  • Demonstrable Experience in a Fast-Paced Sales Environment:
    • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment, with a proven track record of over-performance.
  • Strong Executive Presence:
    • Strong executive presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for a Dynamic Work Environment:
    • Enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment and a consultative, tailored client experience.
  • High Attention to Detail:
    • High attention to detail, outstanding time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven Leadership Experience:
    • Proven leadership experience and a desire for long-term growth.
