The Senior Account Executive, Sourcing is a key role within TAG, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing print procurement processes. This position requires a strong understanding of the print industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Print Procurement Management: Manage the procurement process for print jobs, including selecting suppliers, negotiating pricing and timelines, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to requests for quotations, updating clients on project progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the central procurement team, providing technical input and advice on print projects, and training and supporting colleagues in the use of procurement tools.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar print procurement or print management environment, with a strong understanding of the print industry and excellent communication skills.
- Skills: Excellent client-facing and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and develop new business; commercially strong and numerate; committed, resilient, and prepared to work extra hours as required.
