Senior Account Executive

FloodGate Medical Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and meeting sales targets in the US healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospital and IDN systems, including physicians, nursing leadership, and administrators.
- Generate sales of the TherOx SSO2 System and drive business to projected dollar and unit growth.
- Develop and execute tactical business plans in support of overarching strategic plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of successful selling experience into the US healthcare market.
- Extensive experience in selling into complex hospital systems and IDN hospitals.
- C-suite executive presence and capabilities.
- Experience in C-suite relationship building and partnership.
- Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships in organizations.
- Track record of successful collaboration with marketing for product launches and improvement strategies.
- Demonstrated success selling systems, concepts, and solutions at the administrative levels of a healthcare organization.
- Experience in communicating value benefits associated with hospital decision-making.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Organization and Time Management skills.
- Base salary: $125,000.
- 9-month guarantee.
- Total compensation: $270,000+.
- Additional benefits: expenses, health benefits, 401K, equity package, and vacation time.
