Qualifications We Seek:

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally from an agency background.
  • Familiarity with VMS platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong technological proficiency is essential.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
  • Comfortable working with both individual and team performance metrics.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.

Position Overview:

Under the guidance of the Manager, the Healthcare Recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing healthcare professionals to meet client contract requirements. This sales-oriented recruiting position involves identifying qualified candidates, guiding them through the qualification process, and submitting them to clients in alignment with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in prospecting calls and maintain follow-up on all leads.
  • Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of healthcare professionals.
  • Assess candidates by reviewing their qualifications and confirming necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Conduct virtual interviews to discuss available contract opportunities.
  • Verify completed applications and perform reference checks.
  • Assign relevant checklists, testing, and compliance tasks as required.
  • Create detailed profiles for healthcare professionals for client submissions.
  • Develop pay packages tailored to desired contract locations.
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients based on their current or anticipated needs.
