Territory Sales Manager

US Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including district sales managers, regional sales managers, and VP of local sales, to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales to provide valuable insights to customers.
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
