About the Role

US Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including district sales managers, regional sales managers, and VP of local sales, to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales to provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
