At Innovative Promotions Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Trainee to join our team. This role offers unparalleled opportunities to succeed in the sales and customer service industry.

The Territory Sales Trainee will work directly with our clients' local customers on a daily basis to continue developing our client's portfolio as we expand into other major markets across the country. The successful candidate will receive hands-on coaching and training, including role playing scenarios, in-depth product knowledge, and territory management.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is committed, passionate, hard working, and offers the highest degree of integrity in order to deliver our customers with the most extraordinary experience. Key responsibilities include effectively presenting and demonstrating products and services to existing and potential customers, meeting with customers regularly to review product and service options, and observing the company's operations to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Additionally, the Territory Sales Trainee will be responsible for responding to all inquiries, maintaining records, building rapport, recommending ways to improve product and service offerings, and increasing sales productivity. They will also execute field sales campaigns and collaborate with the fellow Sales and Customer Service department to ensure we're providing competitive, industry-leading sales solutions for our clientele.

Qualifications for this role include 2 years of direct sales experience, a general interest in sales and desire to advance within an organization, self-motivation to work independently in market territories, proficiency in written and verbal communication, and a strong work ethic to keep advancing in new product and service knowledge.
