For this position, we provide:
Competitive salary ($55k-$65k DOE)

Sick/Safe time - 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, with a maximum of 80 hours annually

Responsibilities:
What will be expected in this role?

The Operations Supervisor will oversee and guide the Field Manager(s) and the team of Service Technicians responsible for servicing our valued customers.

The Operations Supervisor will recruit and train Service Technicians to ensure top-tier service delivery.

- Conduct interviews, hire, and train Service Technicians on both technical skills and customer service practices.

- Educate Service Technicians on identifying sales leads and new service opportunities for the sales team.

- Provide necessary field training for both new and existing Service Technicians.

- Maintain audits of customer accounts, addressing any inquiries, issues, or complaints.

- Review online service feedback and provide coaching for Service Technicians as needed.

- Stay informed about industry-specific state and local regulations.

- Collaborate closely with the Field Manager, Service Technicians, and sales professionals to ensure operational effectiveness.

- Manage routing and special scheduling, including weekend and early/late service appointments.

- Review ride-along notes with the Field Manager and utilize findings for team training.

- Oversee inventory management systems.

- Manage GPS driving systems and regularly review data.

- Complete daily service ticket audits, including those involving additional services.

- Operate service routes as required, including high-priority or emergency routes.

- Assist the General Manager with incident reporting.

- Adhere to the assigned expense budget and submit expenses through the company system.

- Participate in weekly key manager meetings (KMMs).

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer retention, and/or training

- 2+ years of management experience, specifically in pest control or fleet management

- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

- Willingness to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays

- Must complete and maintain state-required training (provided) and pest control licensing
