Job Description

The Bungalows at Nevada is seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office systems and administrative staff to support community operations.
  • Responsible for associate recognition and engagement, performance management, and evaluations.
  • Oversee financial management and systems related business processes, including payroll, human resources administration, and financial systems.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training associates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve office operations and processes.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of related experience, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong business operations and administrative skills.
  • Ability to multitask, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing/walking: 4-6 hours per day.
  • Sitting: 4-6 hours per day.
  • Driving: 30-60 minutes, 1-2 times a week.
  • Lifting/carrying: 40-70 pounds, occasionally.
  • Repetitive hand use: Simple grasping, pushing, and pulling, fine manipulation.
