Job Title: Head of Technology Industry Go to MarketJob Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Technology Industry Go to Market efforts. As the Head of Technology Industry Go to Market, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth and market share in the Technology Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that aligns with ServiceNow's overall business objectives and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities in the Technology Industry.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop targeted messaging and sales enablement materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry thought leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the Technology Industry with a proven track record of success in guiding strategy and operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise platform software sales into Technology Industry organizations as a subject matter expert or in a business development, business consulting, solution consulting, or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations.
  • Experience producing thought leadership content and communications for an international audience.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently shifting workloads in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.

We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
