Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Director of Workforce and Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clerical Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal contacts at all levels of the organization, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Workforce Management: Maintain accurate records of employee data, including licenses and certifications, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Special Events: Assist with the coordination of special events and training programs, both internally and externally.
  • Reporting: Run reports as needed to support workforce management and operational activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required, with 1-4 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in SharePoint and HRIS systems, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the commercial construction industry, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and processes.
Work Environment

This is an office-based role, requiring regular attendance and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 10 pounds and may be required to climb stairs.
