As a Recruiter, your role will significantly influence both candidates and clients by matching the right talent with suitable positions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying qualified candidates using various recruitment and sourcing methods
  • Conducting screenings and interviews for potential candidates
  • Collaborating with your Account Manager to pinpoint key accounts, essential skill sets, and market segments
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with industry professionals to enhance knowledge and generate referrals and sales opportunities
  • Engaging in various customer service activities
  • Contributing to community initiatives through volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations

Compensation and Benefits:

Upon successful completion of the training phase, Aerotek offers a competitive base salary of $50,000, with the potential for unlimited earnings through weekly commissions. After one year, your base salary will increase to $60,000, with continued opportunities for commission and performance-based rewards.
