As an essential component of the centralized hiring team, the Recruiter will take charge of identifying exceptional talent through innovative approaches and overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

  • Engage with prospective candidates through various channels to streamline the hiring process.
  • Employ a variety of strategies to discover potential candidates, including job fairs, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Develop persuasive recruitment materials and maintain organized documentation systems.
  • Conduct candidate evaluations, facilitate interviews, and support onboarding processes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to refine and improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

Experience:

2+ years of pertinent experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

Other:

Proven customer-service orientation and a proactive problem-solving mindset.Strong skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.Exceptional communication, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
